1. 24 hours cancellation policy : Your appointments are very important and are reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients in our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation will be non-refundable (INCLUDING PRE-PAID TREATMENTS) with less than 24 hours notice. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
2.Lateness: should you be running late for your appointment, please let your beautician know with as much notice as possible to see if this can be accommodated.
Should you fail to do so, after 15 minutes of a missed appointment, you will be considered a no-show and stipulation 1 shall apply. This is to ensure treatments are completed safely and the beauticians following appointment is not affected.
3. GDPR FORM: information that you provide, SUCH AS NAME, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER WILL BE PROTECTED BY THE GDPR REGULATIONS. SENSITIVE INFORMATION WILL NEVER BE SHARED WITH 3RD PARTYS, THIS INCLUDES PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS, TREATMENTS AND OTHER CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
